Design Consultation
During the pre-construction phase, we meet with you to discuss your vision and ideas. Feel free to share inspiration pics or even a Pinterest board if you have one.
Style Boards
We provide you with a collection of design themes for your consideration. The themes help to confirm your overall design vision.
Concept Boards
We prepare concept boards for up to 10 rooms/areas. Each board pulls together the design inspo along with sample selections for your consideration.
Design Selections
In phases, we begin providing you with approximately three options for each of your design selections. Our goal is to work through all of the design selections prior to the start of construction. As needed, we can visit up to three (3) suppliers with you. The most common supplier visits are tile, lighting and stone. In addition, we will also complete up to two (2) visits with you at our millwork supplier.
Lighting Plans
We provide suggestions for your lighting locations – for pot lights, vanity lights ceiling lights and pendants, etc. – along with options for additional lighting (such as sconces or staircase lighting) for your review.
Tile & Flooring Plan
We provide suggestions for your tile and flooring locations and layouts along with options for speciality designs.
Fixtures Layout Plan
We provide suggestions for your various fixture locations such as bathroom accessories, shower niches and shower drains. This also includes suggested type of door handles and door swing.
Millwork Drawings
We work with our millwork supplier to provide drawings for your review. We will also visit the millwork supplier with you to help confirm the design and selections.
Design Finalization
We work with you to finalize your design selections and along with change orders and additional items.
Construction Begins
Once construction is underway, we will schedule site walk thru meetings to review the progress and the final design.
